The Twin Huey was purchased to provide the Army with a utility helicopter. It served with in this role and as the rescue helicopter with the Base rescue flight at Goose Bay. Four Twin Hueys were employed in support of the United Nations’ Observer Group in Central America (ONUCA) from 1990 to 1992.
