Canadair took the North American F-86 Sabre and many improvements to it. Made in 6 variants, the last two were equipped with Canadian-designed and built Orenda engines. The RCAF employed the Sabre in Europe with the Air Division and from 1956 to 1958 with the Auxiliary in Canada.
